Dr. Jiakim Leclair-Vance has built her career through a distinctly international journey. Passionate about veterinary medicine, she began her studies in Grenada before continuing her education in Louisiana. These formative experiences broadened her expertise and shaped her perspective on the profession. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018 and obtained her licence to practise in Québec in 2022, the year she returned home to provide care for companion animals.

Since 2025, Dr. Leclair-Vance has been a partner and co-owner of Flair & cie Hôpital vétérinaire de Montréal in Westmount. She believes that exceptional patient care begins with an engaged and supportive team. Committed to fostering professional growth, she helps cultivate a workplace built on trust, kindness, and continuous learning.
