A graduate of the Université de Montréal’s Faculté de médecine vétérinaire, Dr. Geneviève Tétreault has been practising since 2013 and is also pursuing a certificate in business management at HEC Montréal. Originally from the Laurentians, she had long hoped to return to the region to provide high-quality veterinary care to her community. Today, she manages Clinique vétérinaire Morin-Heights, located in a heritage building in the heart of the village.

At Flair & cie, she found a philosophy that fully reflects her own—one rooted in compassion, collaboration, and medical excellence. By establishing her clinic in the heart of the village, she hopes to create a warm, modern space designed to meet a long-standing need within the Laurentian community.

“During my veterinary studies, I realized that I enjoyed caring for animals just as much as bringing a team together and helping it grow around a shared vision. To me, management is another way of caring. Over time, I came to understand that entrepreneurship allows me to combine my two passions: providing animals with the best possible care and creating a workplace where teams and families feel fully supported.”
