Dr. JOSIANNE BEAUDOIN
OWNER AND MANAGER
Dr. Josianne Beaudoin has been a veterinarian since 2010. Her career path first led her to study animal health technology, followed by agronomy, before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Originally from the Bellechasse region, she has practised in Lévis since the beginning of her career, where her roots run deep and where she is dedicated to caring for animals and supporting their owners with compassion and commitment.
Since 2025, Dr. Beaudoin has been a partner and co-owner at Flair & cie and oversees the management of Flair & cie Clinique vétérinaire Pintendre, the first clinic in the group to establish itself in the Québec City region. She found in Flair & cie a vision of veterinary medicine that reflects her values, one built on excellence in patient care, collaboration, and a people-centred approach. Committed to preserving an independent, community-based practice, she continues to develop her leadership and management skills to support her role as an entrepreneur and help foster a structured, caring workplace rooted in its community.
