No sooner had she arrived at Flair & cie than she discovered a stimulating work environment that made her want to get more involved. With Dr. Lucie Hénault as her mentor, she developed her management skills and naturally saw her desire for entrepreneurship emerge. In 2025, she became co-owner and manager of the Hôpital vétérinaire de Montréal. For Dr. Leclair-Vance, her commitment to her team is an opportunity to learn and to see the hospital grow, all the while valuing each and every staff member. Her goal? To help develop each individual, encourage learning and continue to offer high-quality patient care, with kindness and passion.

“I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian, and I’ve taken on every challenge with determination to make this dream, which has driven me since childhood, a reality. I studied in Grenada and Louisiana before obtaining my doctorate in 2018, and then my license to practice medecine in 2022. This more unique path pushed me out of my comfort zone and enabled me to gain valuable experience before moving back to Quebec. It was at Flair & cie that I quickly found a team that shares my values of mutual aid and collaboration, and with whom I grow every day.”
