No sooner had she arrived at Flair & cie than she discovered a stimulating work environment that made her want to get more involved. With Dr. Lucie Hénault as her mentor, she developed her management skills and naturally saw her desire for entrepreneurship emerge. In 2025, she became co-owner and manager of the Montreal Veterinary Hospital. For Dr. Leclair-Vance, her commitment to her team is an opportunity to learn and to see the hospital grow, all the while valuing each and every staff member. Her goal? To help develop each individual, encourage learning and continue to offer high-quality patient care, with kindness and passion.
